Holm8 Pavillon is a unique event space designed for gatherings that deserve more than a standard meeting room. With panoramic views over Øresund, natural daylight and direct access to a private viewing terrace, the space creates a calm yet inspiring atmosphere for workshops, strategy days, dinners, launches, celebrations and social events.

Facts:

The venue includes a 200 m² panoramic room, 100 m² salon with simple kitchen facilities, 110 m² terrace, wardrobe, staircase, elevator access and AV equipment. Flexible setups make it suitable for both intimate gatherings and larger productions.

Capacity: Up to 149 guests.

Located on the 6th floor, Holm8 Rooftop combines panoramic sea views, sunset atmosphere and open-air surroundings in the middle of Nordhavn. The rooftop is designed for events that benefit from fresh air, beautiful light and a relaxed yet elevated setting.

The space includes a 289 m² rooftop terrace, 113 m² indoor lounge area, staircase and elevator access. Perfect for summer dinners, launches, networking events, celebrations, content productions, workshops and social gatherings.

Holm8 Health Hub offers a private wellness setting centered around sauna culture, recovery and meaningful connection. The facilities are ideal for team experiences, client events, community gatherings or private groups looking for a more immersive and memorable experience.

Facts:

The Health Hub includes a large sauna, outdoor area, two Icetub Pro cold plunges, event cold plunge, cold showers and changing facilities with baths and toilets. Sessions can be combined with saunagus, breathwork, talks, workshops or recovery-focused experiences.

Capacity: Up to 25 guests.
