7. Opening Hours and Closure Days

Members can access Holm8 Health Hub Monday – Sunday from 06:00–22:00, except on Thursdays and two additional days each month, when the facility is closed (7 days per month in total).

There may also be temporary closures due to renovation, maintenance, events, or private functions. Dates of the additional closure days will be announced at least 14 days in advance. No financial compensation or refund will be provided for any closures.

It is the member’s own responsibility to stay informed about specific closure days, as notifications will be provided via the relevant channels. Stay informed on the Holm8 app and on the website page: Opening hours.

8. Access Wristbands

All members receive a personal access wristband, which must be used for entry and worn visibly. A member only gains access to the facilities once their access wristband has been physically collected. Wristband collection can take place during the announced pick-up times listed on the website (Collection times are subject to change and may be updated periodically)

Lending/transferring is not permitted, and it is not allowed to grant access to others without valid entry. Misuse may result in removal or a permanent ban.
Lost wristband: Contact us immediately; a replacement may be issued for a fee.

9. Health, Conduct, and Responsibility

Health and personal responsibility: Use of the sauna, cold plunge, and other facilities is at your own risk. Assess your health and consult a physician if in doubt or if you have relevant conditions (cardiovascular disease, pregnancy, medication, etc.). Inform the instructor/sauna master of any conditions relevant to your participation.

Intoxicants: Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited. Holm8 reserves the right to deny entry, require any member under the influence to leave, and/or suspend or terminate their membership, without refund.

The House Rules and staff instructions must always be followed. Holm8 may suspend or terminate membership in case of serious or repeated breaches.
Excessive or improper use of Holm8’s facilities may lead to limitations on, or removal of, access. Whether and when such measures are applied is at Holm8’s discretion.

Pro Members and Guest Responsibility
Pro Members are fully responsible for any guest they bring. Both must remain together while using the facilities, including entering and exiting the premises. The Pro Member must ensure that their guest follows all applicable House Rules at all times.

Guests do not receive a separate access wristband; instead, the Pro Member’s wristband must be used for both. Pro Member wristbands are black, indicating that the member is authorised to bring one guest without a wristband.

If the guest fails to comply with the House Rules or if the membership privileges are misused, the Pro Membership may be suspended or terminated.

10. Property and Liability for Damage

Members are liable for any damage to Holm8’s facilities, equipment, or property caused by intentional or grossly negligent acts. Members are required to cover reasonable costs for repair or replacement in such cases.

Holm8 is not responsible for lost/forgotten items. Items are kept for a limited period and may thereafter be disposed of/donated.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Memberships
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the membership agreement is entered into, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

However, the right of withdrawal lapses if the membership is considered to have been taken into use before the expiry of the 14 days. A membership is regarded as taken into use once you have logged in, activated membership benefits, or otherwise accessed membership content or services. Once the membership has been taken into use, the payment is non-refundable.

Goods
A 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of the agreement, provided that the product or service has not been taken into use. If the service has been fully delivered before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal lapses.

Event tickets (single events)
Non-refundable (see section 6 for specific rules regarding programmes/private events/online content).

12. Prices, Price Changes, and Reminder Fees

Holm8 may change prices with notice of at least the same length as the membership termination notice.

If payment is not made on time, reminder fees may be charged (max. DKK 100 per reminder, up to 3 times) and interest in accordance with Danish law.

If payment for the membership fails three times, Holm8 reserves the right to suspend the membership until payment has been completed.

In case of continued non-payment, membership may be terminated without notice; Holm8 may also charge for the remainder of the current billing period.

Misprints/obvious errors: Holm8 may cancel purchases/bookings in the event of pricing or textual errors.

13. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 2 years (24 months) from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Gift card balances are not paid out in cash.

14. Video Surveillance and Safety

For safety reasons, there may be video surveillance at entrances and outdoor common areas. Recordings are used only in connection with safety/access incidents and are shared only with relevant authorities where necessary.

15. Third-Party Providers

Holm8 uses external providers (e.g., YOGO for booking, Kisi for access control, Mailchimp for emails). Holm8 is not liable for disruptions, outages, or issues caused solely by these third-party providers, but will make reasonable efforts to remedy any issues promptly.

16. Intellectual Property

All materials (content, concepts, manuals, exercises, etc.) provided in connection with events, programmes, or digital products belong to Holm8 or its rights holders and may not be copied, shared, or used without prior written permission. Recording (audio/video) of sessions/events is not permitted without written consent.

Obligations are suspended while the force majeure event persists.

19. Complaints, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

Complaints: Contact us at connect@holm8.dk. If we cannot resolve the matter, consumers may complain to Nævnenes Hus, Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.naevneneshus.dk, or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Governing law and venue: These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be brought before the Danish courts at Holm8’s registered address, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

20. Special Provisions for Business Agreements

For B2B agreements—including corporate offers, special trial programmes, and private/corporate events—separate terms may apply (e.g., access windows, termination rules, pause rights, deposits, catering and technical requirements). These will appear in the order confirmation/contract and shall prevail in case of inconsistency.
