Sauna, Cold Plunge & Saunagus in Nordhavn, Copenhagen

Holm8 Health Hub is a sauna and cold plunge club located in the heart of Nordhavn, Copenhagen - created for recovery, mental clarity, energy, and meaningful connection.

Our space combines Scandinavian sauna culture with modern wellness experiences through daily sauna sessions, guided saunagus, cold water immersion, breathwork, yoga, movement, and social wellbeing experiences overlooking the water in Nordhavn.

Located in Nordhavn, close to Østerbro and Copenhagen city centre, Holm8 is designed as more than a traditional sauna club. The space brings together heat, cold, movement, recovery, and community in one environment.

Saunagus in Copenhagen

Holm8 offers both Open Saunagus sessions and member-led sessions throughout the week.

Each saunagus experience is guided by experienced gusmasters using heat, essential oils, music, rhythm, and towel techniques to create a sensory sauna ritual focused on relaxation, presence, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

Sessions typically include multiple sauna rounds combined with cold exposure and recovery time between rounds.

Both members and guests can join selected saunagus sessions in Nordhavn.
