A 200 m² panoramic room, 100 m² salon (including simple kitchen facilities), 110 m² viewing terrace, wardrobe, staircase, elevator, AV equipment, etc. Capacity: up to 150 guests.
A sauna, outdoor area, two pro cold plunges, event cold plunge, three cold water showers and two changing rooms with baths and toilets. Capacity: up to 28 guests.
Note: available for events only on selected dates.

6th floor - panoramic view, 275 m² rooftop terrace, 115 m², lounge area, staircase & elevator. Capacity: up to 150 guests.
